And contains 105 Residencial Room, Lift Facility, Gymnasium, Exclusive Business Center in ground floor, Conference Hall with 70 to 80 persons capacity, Board Meeting Room with capacity of 16 persons, Party Hall Space with capacity of 100-120 persons, a Roof Top Restaurant, Car Parking Zone, BBQ Zone, Coffee Shop, Spa Center on 8th floor of the building. The main concern in designing this project was its site location which is in residential zone. So, we had to put extra care to maintain the environment of the non-water supply plant zone.
