Job Resposibility●
Team Leadership: Assist the Team Leader in project management, task allocation, and coordination of the consultant team.

Quality & Compliance: Enforce QA/QC systems and ensure all construction adheres to approved drawings, technical specifications, and national/international codes.
●
Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, including the review of variations, claims, and extension of time requests under FIDIC conditions.
●
Technical Oversight: Identify and resolve architectural, structural, and MEP coordination issues.
●
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate seamless communication between the Client, Contractor, and other key stakeholders.

Educational Requirement●
Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience Requirement
Overall Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience in the design and construction of high-rise/mega building complexes and industrial infrastructure. · Leadership Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Deputy Team Leader specifically in high-rise building projects (completed post-MSc). · Certifications: Certified training in Contract Management (FIDIC methods preferred).
Additional Requirement●
Must be a valid IEB Member.

Expertise in MS Project and Primavera P6.
●
Deep understanding of FIDIC conditions, claims management, and dispute resolution.
●
Strong command of English with excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
