Job Resposibility●
Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural elements of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Develop structural drawings including foundation plans, framing layouts, slab details, reinforcement detailing, and sections using AutoCAD and preferably Revit or other BIM tools.
●
Coordinate closely with engineers and architects to ensure drawings reflect design intent and conform to project specifications and codes (e.g., BNBC, ACI, etc.).
●
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and assist in layout planning for construction documentation.
●
Update and revise drawings based on design modifications, redlines, or site instructions.
●
Maintain and organize drawing sets, ensure proper version control, and adhere to internal drafting standards.
●
Collaborate with project teams to support BIM model development if applicable.
●
Assist in extracting quantities and details from models for estimation and BOQ preparation.
●
Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve drawing-related discrepancies.
●
Conduct site visits if required to verify measurements and drawing accuracy.
Additional Requirement●
Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge or experience in Revit/BIM tools is strongly preferred.
●
Solid understanding of structural detailing and construction processes.
●
Ability to interpret design inputs and work independently with minimal supervision.
