Job Resposibility●
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the Project Manager and project team members.

Overall Coordination of the project.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints are met.
●
Assist in preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and subcontracts for construction services, materials, and equipment.
●
Review contract documents and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
●
Support the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance against established targets.
●
Conduct thorough site assessments to understand hydraulic conditions, sediment transport, navigational requirements, and potential environmental impacts.
●
Support the Project Manager in supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
●
Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and address issues or concerns related to quality, safety, and productivity.
●
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, daily reports, and correspondence.
●
Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and meeting minutes for distribution to project stakeholders, management, and clients.
●
Review and approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards.
●
Understanding the detail design-drawing, specifications, construction documents and providing proper guideline to the team members.
●
Oversee the execution of marine construction projects or any Project, including coordination of equipment, materials, workforce, and safety protocols.
●
Address unexpected challenges during construction, applying creative problem-solving to maintain project momentum.
●
Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community members to provide project updates and address concerns.
●
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices to maintain a safe working environment. Implement safety protocols, conduct safety training, and enforce safety procedures.
●
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to marine construction.
