Job Resposibility●

Develop comprehensive construction plans, methodologies, and sequencing strategies that consider tidal variations, wave forces, and sediment management.

Review and approve detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure compliance with project goals and industry standards.

Understanding of detail design-drawing, specifications, and construction documents and providing proper guideline to the team members.

Oversee the execution of marine construction projects, including coordination of equipment, materials, workforce, and safety protocols.
●
Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Address unexpected challenges during construction, applying creative problem-solving to maintain project momentum.

Collaborate with environmental specialists to ensure adherence to environmental regulations and implement measures for minimizing ecological impacts.

Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community members to provide project updates and address concerns.
