Job Resposibility●
Preparation of BOQ and MOQ as per PWD schedule.
●
Estimation of quantity and costing of construction materials and construction works.
●
Prepare Detail quantity estimate of High Rise /Multi-purpose Buildings and other infrastructural development projects.
●
Prepare rate analysis and unit price of Design (Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, HVAC,)
●
Preparation of Item Specifications. Coordination with Architects, Structural/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers and Consultants to prepare the BOQ.
●
All types of Construction bill checking as per BOQ and Measurement Book.
●
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
●
Must have good knowledge of market price of the different materials needed for the project.
●
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting adjusting budget projections accordingly.
●
Formulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact cost and time estimates.
●
Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques.
●
Ability to prepare and justify subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work.
●
Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
●
Any other job assigned by the management.
