Job Resposibility●
Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Oversee and conduct Hydrological and topographical Survey, assisting in report preparation.
●
Oversee and conduct geotechnical investigations, including site reconnaissance, drilling programs, soil and rock sampling, and laboratory testing to evaluate subsurface conditions accurately.
●
Analyze and interpret geotechnical data to assess soil properties, rock mechanics, groundwater conditions, and potential risks associated with the project.
●
Perform advanced geotechnical analyses, such as slope stability analysis, settlement analysis, bearing capacity analysis, and seismic design considerations.
●
Develop geotechnical design recommendations for foundations, retaining structures, embankments, and other relevant infrastructure elements.
●
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project design, planning, and execution.
●
Review and approve technical reports, drawings, and calculations prepared by junior engineers and technicians.
●
Provide expert input during project meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
●
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices in geotechnical engineering to enhance project outcomes.
●
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all aspects of geotechnical work.
